At the dawn of the third millennium, at the time of the new season of his adventures, the fundamental values of humanism conveyed by the champion remain relevant. However, faced with new sporting and technological challenges, the Vaillant clan must deal with changes in the car industry and in society. These are all the challenges of this new season: three generations of men and women are now in charge of the company's destiny. In spite of the private and public upheavals and the contradictory convictions of each of them, the family cohesion must be saved. Heroes do not grow old, they mature.

On the threshold of this fourth album, Jean-Pierre is now at the helm on behalf of his family on the chessboard of industrial globalisation, and is preparing to realise the dream not only of his family, but also of all the fans of the brand: to buy Leader, the eternal competitor of Vaillant.
